Hello:

It seems to me that NO_PROC_ID is just an indicator that no processes is scheduled for execution on this processor(i.e. it is free to be used for running next task).

As of lock_depth - I did not find anything usefull about it - I am not so good at Linux SMP kernel features, sorry :)))
